Join our pilot program
This pilot program is your chance to influence the direction of the tool, get early access, and work closely with our engineering team to shape the next generation of drafting automation.
What We're Testing
The initial pilot is focused on validating:
- Redline interpretation accuracy
- Usability within real-world design workflows
- Bugs, edge cases, and improvement opportunities
What Participation Looks Like
We're looking for committed, collaborative firms who want to help push drafting automation forward.
Participation includes:
- Using CivAssist on real projects
- Submitting bug reports through our in-app tool
- 1-2 scheduled check-ins per month (flexible scheduling)
- Provide feedback on feature requests, workflows, and UX
You'll have a direct line of communication with our team. We're fast to respond: quick bug fixes and feature updates are part of the value we offer in return.
Data Handling and Privacy
- Your files remain 100% your property
- We will only access files (with your permission) for the purposes of debugging submitted bugs
- No files will be used for AI training, or be shared or stored beyond bug resolution
- A mutual NDA will govern data use and protect your IP
